After a highly successful first summer in 2025 as RC Lens sporting director, Jean-Louis Leca is trying to hold course. The exit of Dino Toppmöller, the promotion of his friend Yannick Cahuzac and a transfer window slow to bear fruit have put him in the spotlight.
