FLW details Jed Wallace’s weekly salary as the club captain looks set to depart The Hawthorns this summer.
West Brom can finally celebrate securing their survival in the Championship.
A goalless draw against promotion-chasing Ipswich Town was enough to get the Black Country outfit over the line, but Albion may be walking away slightly disappointed that they didn’t take maximum points at The Hawthorns.
West Brom knew a point would confirm their stay in the second tier after the EFL deducted Albion two points for breaching P&S rules, with this outcome galvanising James Morrison’s men, who showed so much heart and desire to go toe-to-toe with one of the league’s best teams.
Jubilant cheers rang out at The Hawthorns when the full-time whistle had been blown, with Morrison doing a simply outstanding job to guide what looked to be a rudderless group of players to a 10-game unbeaten run, while keeping seven clean sheets from their last eight outings in the process.
The Baggies now go into their final match of the season at Sheffield Wednesday knowing they’re safe, and it will be a party-like atmosphere in the away end, who will be hopeful there are better times to come following this relegation scrap.
After their clash with the Owls, some players are expected to depart The Hawthorns as their contracts come to a close.
Club captain Jed Wallace is one of the players whose deal expires this summer, undergoing a mostly underwhelming four-season stint in blue and white stripes.
And because of this, West Brom fan pundit Callum Burgess has tipped Wallace to depart the Black Country this summer.
Callum told FLW: "I'd say that Jed Wallace is likely to have played his final game for West Brom, with him starting to age a bit now, although he's a brilliant member to have in the dressing room.
"He's not really as quick as he once was, and although when he was in the side on the right wing of Morrison's 4-4-2, he was starting to show some real positive signs.
"I think that it's probably time that he and Albion do part ways."
With this in mind, FLW details Wallace’s weekly wage at West Brom.
We must stress all wages are ESTIMATES made by Capology.

With 12 seasons of Championship experience matched with top leadership qualities, there’s no surprise to see Jed Wallace command a high salary, even towards the back end of his career.
As per Capology, Jed Wallace is the joint fourth-highest paid player for the Baggies, earning an estimated weekly wage of £25,000.
Other figures who share the same wage include Daryl Dike and Krystian Bielik. Charlie Taylor (£30,000) and Chris Mepham (£35,000) earn slightly more, while Nat Phillips is the highest paid player at the club on £40,000 a week.
Looking specifically at Wallace, his £25,000 a week wage means he earns a base annual total of £1.3m, but an additional bonus of £325,000 takes his total to £1,625,000 a year.
The club captain is part of the Albion squad that is paid £325,000 a week on player salaries, while the yearly spend for the club on wages comes to £24,364,600.

While Jed Wallace has been the face of the West Brom playing squad and immersed himself in the club’s culture, his performances on the pitch haven’t warranted him earning a new deal.
The 32-year-old has been unable to get into double figures for either goals or assists throughout his Albion stint, while a troubling calf issue this term has disrupted his playing time, and could be the final nail in the coffin that sees him depart.
Wallace had improved his displays under interim boss James Morrison, but such an untimely injury in training has put an end to a new contract being placed on the table, which will be bitterly disappointing for him to take.
There is still hope for Wallace that he can play in the Championship and make a difference moving forward. His former club Portsmouth have shown previous interest in bringing the wideman back to Fratton Park, and that could well be appealing to Wallace given their place in the second tier is also secure.
Of course, a number of League One clubs are bound to show an interest too, with Wallace still possessing the quality to feature regularly for a promotion-contending side.
While Wallace’s career at The Hawthorns may be coming to an end, there are still a number of avenues to go down for the 32-year-old, who can hopefully start getting his career back on an upwards trajectory.
