Jesse Lingard will leave FC Seoul at the end of his contract in late December. The 32-year-old has decided not to extend his stay and will seek a new challenge in his career.

He will play his final match for the club on December 10 against Melbourne City in the Asian Champions League. Since arriving in February 2024, Lingard has scored 18 goals and provided 10 assists in 66 matches, but the club has not won any trophies during his tenure.

Before his stint in South Korea, Lingard played for Manchester United, West Ham, Nottingham Forest, Derby, Brighton, Birmingham, and Leicester, winning the Europa League, the FA Cup, and the League Cup.
