Le Mans have confirmed the signing of Brazilian full-back João Almeida, 20, on a season-long loan from Coritiba.
As reported by L'Équipe, the agreement includes no option to buy.

Both Le Mans and Coritiba are owned by Brazilian investment fund OutField, led by Pedro Oliveira, and the move continues the clubs' exchanges.
If Almeida impresses, the parties could discuss a permanent transfer at the end of the season.
He is Le Mans' second Brazilian arrival of the summer after Enzo Vagner, who is training with the first team and has already featured for the reserves.
