Bayern Munich are pushing to move on Sacha Boey, Joao Palhinha and Bryan Zaragoza this summer, and the clearest movement is with Palhinha. Kicker reports the midfielder has agreed terms with Aston Villa, with club-to-club talks continuing.

Sky says Bayern rejected an initial loan with an option to buy for Palhinha from England, and are insisting on a permanent sale worth around 25 million euros. Bayern want to recoup at least part of the 51 million euros paid to Fulham this summer.

Kicker adds that a planned switch to Tottenham did not collapse over the purchase option, but mainly due to Palhinha’s wage demands.

For Zaragoza, Kicker reports he has turned down a lucrative offer from outside Europe and would favour a return to Spain, where Espanyol and Alaves are said to be keen. A long-running knee inflammation is complicating a deal.

If Zaragoza stays, like Boey he is set to watch from the stands, with no place left in the squad. Galatasaray explored another loan for Boey after his spell last season, but the club from Türkiye want to keep foreign player slots for bigger moves. Other interest has not materialised.
