Joël Coulibaly joins Nancy from Rennes on four-year deal

Joël Coulibaly has joined Nancy from Rennes, the 19-year-old midfielder signing a four-year contract on Monday.

According to L'Équipe, Rennes have retained a significant sell-on percentage as part of the agreement.

Coulibaly did not make a senior appearance for Rennes and had been under contract there until 2028.

The France Under-19 international was seeking regular playing time to accelerate his development.

He now begins his professional career in Ligue 2 with Nancy.
