Real Sociedad marked the final day of the summer window by announcing new squad numbers for Jon Martín and Héctor Fort for the 2026-27 season.

Mikel Goti has joined Oviedo on loan until 30 June.

Defender Jon Martín, from Lasarte, moves from 31 to number six, and now holds a first-team registration.

That shirt had belonged to Aritz Elustondo in recent seasons and had been unused since his departure.

Héctor Fort could make his debut on Thursday against Celta de Vigo and will wear 22, the number that was Goti’s and which Wesley Gassova also wore last season.

Mamadou Sarr, the other addition to Pellegrino Matarazzo’s squad this season, will take 19, previously worn by Jon Karrikaburu.
