The meeting lasted a few hours, and the Barcelona forward was seen leaving with his girlfriend Nicki Nicole.

It was held at a hotel in the city, with Mendes being joined by members of his team. However, it appears the Portuguese agent also met Barcelona sporting director Deco.

A recent report from Mundo Deportivo has offered some insights into Mendes’ meetings at Barcelona with both Yamal and Deco.

The session with Lamine Yamal and his agent focused on the young star’s physical condition, particularly regarding the pubic pain that has affected him in recent weeks.

Mendes reportedly received a full update on Yamal’s recovery and ongoing fitness management.

Separately, Mendes also met with Deco, Barcelona’s sporting director, at the same hotel. Deco was accompanied by Alejandro Echevarria for the brief courtesy visit.

The discussion reportedly revolved around the players Mendes represents at Barcelona, which include Lamine Yamal, Alejandro Balde, Marc Casado, the young Guille Fernandez, and Ansu Fati, who is currently out on loan.

The visit comes shortly after Deco had celebrated Frenkie de Jong’s contract renewal until 2029 in a private dinner with the Dutch midfielder and his family.

It must be noted that Barcelona have an excellent relationship with Mendes, who has helped the club in the past by signing key targets in the market.
