Tyrique George has been offered to Italian sides Roma and Napoli with his future expected to be clarified before the end of the window according to journalist Alfredo Pedulla.

Three players have already left the club this month, whilst Chelsea came to an agreement over a contract termination with Raheem Sterling on Wednesday, and he’s now left.

Chelsea are still hopeful of finding solutions for the likes of George and Axel Disasi, but there are no guarantees that happens.

Tyrqiue George offered to Roma and Napoli

George was promoted to the first team squad last season by Enzo Maresca, and made some important contributions towards the end of the season in both the Premier League and Conference League.

However, a whole host of attacking signings last summer pushed the teenager down the pecking order, and George saw a deadline day move to Fulham collapse.

There’s reportedly still interest in George, and Pedulla has reported he’s been offered to both Roma and Italian champions Napoli.

Pedulla adds Chelsea offered the youngster after their 3-2 win against Napoli in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.

George has struggled for game time this season under both Maresca and Liam Rosenior, and has scored three goals in 11 appearances in all competitions.

Chelsea looking for another attacker in the summer

With George set to leave, it’s been reported Chelsea are looking to bring in another attacker this summer, despite the arrivals of Geovany Quenda and Emmanuel Emegha.

Quenda and Emegha are due to arrive at the end of the season, but Chelsea could do with adequate cover in the number ten position for Cole Palmer.

The Blues reportedly made an enquiry for Antoine Semenyo, which amounted to nothing, and it will be interesting to see which attackers they target.
