Atlético Madrid star Julián Alvarez has early this week dropped a fresh hint regarding his eagerness to take his talents to La Liga rivals Barcelona before the summer is out.

This of course comes fresh off a harrowing evening for the Argentine on Sunday.

Afforded a place on the bench for Atlético’s league meeting with Villarreal, Alvarez found himself the target of a heavy and incessant round of boos, whistles and jeers on the part of the Metropolitano crowd.

After the attacker announced his desire to move on earlier this summer, the Rojiblancos faithful made crystal clear that they have not forgiven Alvarez in any way, shape or form.
