Kwame Poku returned for one game against Ipswich Town before picking up yet another injury
Kwame Poku will once again be unavailable for QPR for their trip to Bramall Lane to take on Sheffield United.
As per a report from West London Sport, the former Peterborough United winger will be back on the training pitch next week, after picking up an injury in training between the Hoops' defeats to Ipswich Town and Southampton.
Poku had missed three months of action with a hamstring injury, which he suffered on the opening day of the season, and looked ready to come back and hit the ground running, making only his second appearance for his new club from the bench against Ipswich.
However, another setback means that QPR will have to wait even longer to see their exciting winger in action once more.

QPR's head coach Julien Stephan has revealed that Poku will not be available for QPR's trip to Sheffield United this weekend, with the Ghanaian's fitness being monitored going into the upcoming international break.
"He's not available tomorrow," Stephan said.
"He will probably come back on the [training pitch] next week."
Poku was in high demand this past summer, with his contract at Peterborough United running out. QPR spent £900,000 in compensation fees for the 23-year-old, who had netted 12 and assisted eight in 27 games for an otherwise uninspired Posh side in League One last season.
The winger had missed three months of the 2024/25 campaign with a hamstring injury, too, and it seems that the start of his career at Loftus Road is following a similar pattern.
Whilst the nature of his training injury is undisclosed, it resembles yet another unwanted setback, especially after Poku had seemingly recovered from his earlier issue and was ready to hit the ground running once more.
Another international break follows QPR's trip to Sheffield United, and those at Loftus Road will be hopeful that this break can get Poku back up to fitness ahead of a busy winter period in the Championship.

The patience of QPR fans is being tested here, as Poku once again faces a short period on the sidelines.
Given how talented Poku is, many had high expectations for him to take the Championship by storm and be a major player in Julien Stephan's front line. Whilst this may still likely be the case, people are having to wait a little longer than expected.
The 23-year-old will be a massive loss ahead of the battle at Bramall Lane against Sheffield United, even more so than usual, as the Hoops are in desperate need of a win after three losses on the bounce, and a fully fit Poku would give them a good chance to beat a Blades side who have been inconsistent since Chris Wilder's return.
The entire Championship are waiting impatiently to see how the Ghanaian performs once given a proper run out in the second tier. QPR fans, especially, will be hoping that it'll be worth the wait.
