Celtic suffered a huge blow in their bid to retain the Scottish Premiership title following a 2-1 defeat at home to Hibernian on Sunday.
A late goal from the visitors condemned the Hoops to their seventh league loss of 2025-26, and there is plenty of work for manager Martin O’Neill to do going forward.
Celtic are now six points behind league leaders Hearts and two points behind Rangers, albeit with a game in hand.
The Hoops fans have not been in a good mood, and a social media post from Junior Adam shortly after the game did not go down well with some of them.
The striker, who was signed on loan from Freiburg on winter transfer deadline day, did not feature for Celtic yesterday.
He shared this post from Hibs star Elie Youan on his Instagram stories, along with a message.
Both players were teammates at St Gallen in 2021, and Youan posted a picture of the duo celebrating a goal together during their time at the Swiss club.
The Celtic forward was happy to reunite with his friend, but soon realised his mistake and deleted the post.
Adamu has played three times since his move, and he will hope to persuade Celtic to make the move permanent this summer.
The Bhoys face Stuttgart in Germany on Thursday in the second leg of their Europa League play-off. They visit Rangers in the Scottish Premiership three days later.
Celtic could do with big wins in their next two games to keep their hopes of winning major silverware this season alive.
