Justin Kluivert is set for a spell on the sidelines after Bournemouth confirmed that the forward will undergo surgery.
The 26-year-old picked up the injury in the Cherries' 3-2 defeat at home to Bournemouth and the club have now confirmed that he will be going under the knife.

Bournemouth have not gone into any further details to the extent of Kluivert's injury only referencing a 'period away from the pitch'.
Kluivert has hit the goalscoring heights this season like he did last with the forward twice in 18 Premier League games with Andoni Iraola's side yet to win in 11 games.
