Juventus are hoping to bring Federico Chiesa back to the club with the Italian struggling for game time under Arne Slot.
Chiesa spent four seasons at Juve before joining the Reds in the summer of 2024 for an initial £10 million fee.
Since then, the 28-year-old has played 34 games for the club, scoring four times and making four assists. However, Chiesa only started seven of those 34 games and is struggling for regular minutes on the pitch.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Juve have shown interest in the player with any potential deal in the 'early stages'.
Should Chiesa leave then Liverpool will likely attempt to bring in more attacking reinforcements although the club did spend big in the summer window.
