David Ornstein reported for NBC Sports ahead of Arsenal’s Premier League opener that Juventus want Gunners target Kenan Yildiz to stay, and that’s a stance the club’s manager has since reiterated.
“I am perfectly relaxed, because dealing with Yildiz is easy for me,” Luciano Spalletti told the media. “They can offer whatever they like, I want Yildiz here and will always put him on the field.
“His future is already important, staying at Juventus, not because there are other clubs who want to spend €100m for him.”

Sacha Tavolieri had reported in recent days that Yildiz is a dream winger signing for Mikel Arteta this summer, and that Arsenal had decided to make a move.
Arteta has reportedly been pushing the move for some time, and Arsenal are now ready to pull out all the stops to try and sign the 21-year-old.
But Juventus’ stance has consistently been that the player is not for sale, with club general manager Damien Comolli claiming the winger is “untouchable” and “at the centre of our project”.
Comolli confirmed that Arsenal want Yildiz, but added that they wouldn’t sell “even if they offered €100m”.

The Gunners are certainly still lurking and assessing the situation. James McNicholas reported for The Athletic in recent days that Arsenal are waiting to see if the market makes either Yildiz or Julian Alvarez of Atletico Madrid available.
But Juventus continue to suggest that’s not going to happen in the final week or so of the window.
