Tuttosport newspaper reports that Juventus have offered €4m to sign Oscar Mingueza this month, and the Bianconeri are unwilling to increase their proposal as the defender’s salary expires in just six months.
Juventus hope to sign Celta Vigo full-back Mingueza in the January transfer window, but are not going to offer a high fee for the 26-year-old, whose contract runs out at the end of the season.

Tuttosport reports that the Old Lady has already made a formal €4m offer to sign Mingueza this month after reaching an agreement with the versatile defender.
Tuttosport and Gazzetta are confident that Mingueza will join Juventus as a free agent at the end of the season, but the Bianconeri are pushing to give defensive reinforcements to Luciano Spalletti this month already.

Celta Vigo initially requested the full €20m release clause to be paid, especially because Barcelona hold a 50% sell-on clause on the Spaniard.
Juventus have no intention of matching that fee and feel their offer for Mingueza is reasonable, given that he will be available on a free transfer when his contract expires in June.
