Kaio César has felt thigh discomfort and could miss Corinthians’ trip to Rosario Central on Thursday at 21:30 in Argentina, the first leg of the Conmebol Libertadores last 16.

According to Globo.com, the forward skipped Tuesday morning’s session at CT Joaquim Grava but travelled with the squad. He will be assessed again at Wednesday’s training at Newell's Old Boys' base.

Fernando Diniz will also be without Yuri Alberto, who is recovering from a left thigh injury.

The coach has named 24 players, with only three forwards listed, Gui Negão, Pedro Raul and Kaio César.
