A swap deal involving N’Golo Kanté and Youssef En-Nesyri has been completed between Al Ittihad and Fenerbahce.
The agreement was finalised after a delay caused by documentation issues, which initially prevented the transfer from being approved. FIFA later authorised the move, allowing both clubs to complete the deal.
Kanté leaves Al Ittihad after two and a half seasons in Saudi Arabia. The midfielder, who won the World Cup with France in 2018 and the Champions League with Chelsea in 2022, made 107 appearances for the club, scoring 10 goals and providing 11 assists.
En-Nesyri moves in the opposite direction and will continue his career in Saudi Arabia. The 28-year-old striker spent two seasons at Fenerbahce, where he played 78 matches, scored 38 goals and registered six assists.
