Karl Etta Eyong has officially left Villarreal to join Levante UD on Monday, September 1, 2025. The 21-year-old Cameroonian striker has signed with the Valencian club until 2029. He expressed his gratitude to the Yellow Submarine in an emotional farewell message before embarking on this new stage of his career.
Villarreal and Levante reached a permanent transfer agreement for Karl Etta Eyong on this final day of the transfer window. The two Valencian clubs sealed the deal, allowing the young striker to stay in the Valencian Community while moving up a division.
"Etta Eyong has become a new Levante UD player after the Orriols-based club reached an agreement with Villarreal CF for the striker's transfer, signing him for the next four seasons," confirmed his new club.

In his farewell message, Karl Etta Eyong expressed his heartfelt thanks to Villarreal with touching words.
"It was a great adventure at this club. I will cherish the wonderful memories of the moments we shared. I wish everyone all the best. Thank you for all the camaraderie and support throughout this year. I leave with emotion, but I'm sure our paths will cross again," said the Cameroonian.
