Katie Robinson set for Bristol City move

England international Katie Robinson is set to join WSL2 side Bristol City after her time at Everton was cut short.

The initially forward impressed as an exciting youngster during her time at Brighton & Hove Albion and earned five caps for the Lionesses.

However, Robinson is yet to show her full potential since moving to Aston Villa and spent the first half of the season on loan at the Toffees, starting seven of 12 games in all competitions.

According to journalist Tom Garry of The Guardian, Robinson's next move will see her drop down to the second tier where she will join a Bristol City side pushing for promotion.

The Robins are under new ownership and expected to have a busy winter to ensure they move up to the WSL next season.
