Corinthians host Fluminense on Friday at 21:30 in the second round of the Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino at Neo Química Arena, a night that brings a first meeting with former goalkeeper Kemelli since her exit.
According to Meu Timao, she left at the end of 2025 when her contract expired, then joined the Rio club at the end of January. She debuted in the opening round, a 1-0 win over Vitória, keeping a clean sheet.
Kemelli arrived at Corinthians in 2021 from Internacional, initially fluctuating before stepping in after injuries to Tainá and Natascha. Early in 2022 she ruptured her anterior cruciate ligament in the Supercopa Feminina final, had surgery and missed the entire year.
With Lelê restored in early 2023, she moved to Cruzeiro on loan, but Corinthians activated a recall in July. Back at Parque São Jorge, she started part of 2024 after another injury to the first choice, then lost the spot to Nicole Ramos.
Under Lucas Piccinato in 2025 she became the third option. Her last outing came on 16 November 2025 in a 3-0 win over Realidade Jovem. Across five seasons she played 57 matches and won seven titles.
The fixture carries early significance for both teams. Corinthians aim to stay unbeaten and climb the standings, while Fluminense look to consolidate. Both have three points, with Fluminense just above Corinthians after round one.
