There are four tips in this week's column

Bayern Munich's record-breaking start to the campaign reached its highest point so far on Tuesday night, as they stormed to a 2-1 victory at PSG (as predicted in our match preview). Vincent Kompany's side showed two different sides to their game - they pressed high and attacked powerfully in the first half as Luis Diaz bagged a brace, but then had to dig in as Diaz was sent off on the stroke of half time for a horrible lunge at Achraf Hakimi.
Bayern have now won all 16 of their competitive matches this season, and beating the European champions on their own patch is a sign that this really is a special team. Kompany plays a risky game, but has tried to mitigate some of those counter-attack threats, and the addition of Jonathan Tah to the defensive unit has been a big plus.
Union Berlin have made a modest start to the season, and while they can be a tough side to break down, there's a big quality gap here. Bayern have never lost to Union, and they have won six of the clubs' last eight meetings.
Bayern are heavy favourites, so we have to be creative here, and Michael Olise is worth backing in the To Score market at a hefty 6/4. The 23-year-old already has seven goals in all competitions, and I fancy his chances up against attack-minded left wing-back Derrick Köhn.
If for whatever reason Olise doesn't start (he should in the final game before the international break), back Serge Gnabry at 7/5 - the German international scored in last weekend's win over Leverkusen, and is playing some of the best football of his career.

These are strange times for Juventus. They went into the campaign hoping that coach Igor Tudor - who had earned a permanent contract by getting into the Champions League - could get the club back into contention for the Scudetto. However, Tudor has already been sacked, and former Italy and Napoli boss Luciano Spalletti has picked up the reins. Spalletti only has a deal until the end of the season, and admits a poor spell in charge of the national team has lowered his stock.
While Juventus are only four points off top spot in Serie A, they haven't won any of their four Champions League games, the latest of which was a 1-1 draw with Sporting in midweek. Despite bringing in Lois Openda and Jonathan David in the summer, Juve are still fielding Dusan Vlahovic in attack, a player with high wages that they have been trying to shift for several transfer windows.
This Turin derby against Torino looks a tricky prospect. Il Toro are coached by the experienced Marco Baroni, and he has overseen just three defeats in ten to start the league season. Torino have drawn at Bologna and Lazio, won at Roma and edged out the champions Napoli 1-0, so there shouldn't be any fear ahead of this fixture.
Juventus have only managed two wins by a multiple-goal margin in the league, and although Torino's recent trips to Allianz Stadium have been generally disastrous (they have lost seven of the last nine), I'm happy to deal with the here and now and back Torino +1.0 on the Asian Handicap at 2.05.

Real Madrid didn't just lose at Liverpool in the Champions League on Tuesday, they were outplayed and outfought from start to finish. Had it not been for yet another Thibault Courtois masterclass, Xabi Alonso's men would've been on the wrong end of an absolute hiding. As it was, Los Merengues only suffered a 1-0 defeat at Anfield.
While there's no need for panic - Madrid are still five points clear at the top of La Liga - Xabi Alonso knows his tenure has featured comprehensive defeats against PSG, Atletico Madrid and now Liverpool. As he tries to impose a more team-orientated approach on a collection of superstars, the former Leverkusen coach knows every defeat matters.
However, I'm expecting a response against Rayo in Vallecas on Sunday. The hosts will be drained after an incredibly emotional comeback win against Lech Poznan in midweek. Rayo were 2-0 down in their Conference League match, but scored a 94th-minute winner in a 3-2 success.
Rayo were hammered 4-0 at Villarreal in their last La Liga game, and they have only won one of four home matches in the league. I'm expecting a response from the league leaders after Tuesday's debacle, and I'll back Madrid to win and Kylian Mbappé to score at evens on the Sportsbook's Bet Builder. Mbappé has found the net in 12 of his 15 club games this term.

It's been a tricky time for the French and European champions PSG. Desire Doué, Ousmane Dembélé and now Achraf Hakimi have all picked up injuries, the team is struggling to capture its usual swagger in Ligue 1, and on Tuesday Luis Enrique's men had a tough 2-1 defeat at home to Bayern.
PSG have only won three of their last seven in all competitions, and I'll lay them here at Lyon at 1.84. OL have won four of five at home in Ligue 1, including a 1-0 success against Marseille, and Paulo Fonseca's side are only four points adrift of the leaders in the standings.
Of course, PSG are capable of raising their game to beat anyone, but injuries are biting hard, and a busy summer at the Club World Cup could also be taking its toll.
