CD Castellón B have added 19-year-old Ivorian Konan Guy Serges to their academy, his first experience in Spanish football.
According to El Periódico Mediterráneo, he mainly plays on the flank, often as a wing-back or full-back.
Formed at AS Espoir d’Adzopé, he is viewed as an emerging prospect of his generation in Côte d’Ivoire. The move marks a significant step in his development and his entry into European football.
He arrived in Spain this week, got to know the city of Castelló and visited SkyFi Castalia, an emblematic club venue, before joining up with the reserve side, who play in Segunda Federación.
The move was facilitated by Cerebral Vortex Players Agency, which promotes young African talent in European football.
He said he is very happy to be in Castellón, sees it as a great opportunity, and is going to work hard every day to improve and help the club.
For Konan Guy Serges and his camp, the signing opens a chapter focused on ambition, learning and growth.
