Roma’s outgoing transfer market could also impact their incoming transfers.
The Giallorossi need to make some key sales to re-enter, albeit belatedly, the parameters of the settlement agreement, and these departures could open up new scenarios for D’Amico in the final weeks of August.
According to Tuttosport, the main candidates to leave Trigoria include Soulé and, above all, Manu Koné, who continues to have several admirers in the Premier League.
Should the Frenchman leave, Roma could consider Teun Koopmeiners to fill the void left in midfield.
The possibility would be to try to bring the Dutchman on loan. This solution would allow Koopmeiners to reunite with Gian Piero Gasperini, who knows him very well and with whom he would have no particular problems adapting to the team’s tactical mechanisms.
At the moment, there remains a sticky situation, mainly related to Koné’s possible departure.
