LaLiga published the latest squad cost limits for Primera and Segunda after the summer window closed, setting the authorised spending for clubs. The update again exposes stark gaps among teams in the Valencian Community.

Valencia CF’s limit stands at 98.8 million euros, the eighth highest in the top flight. The table is led by Real Madrid on 832 million, ahead of FC Barcelona on 582 and Atlético de Madrid on 361.

It is a slight rise on last season’s final update. After the 2025/26 winter window, Valencia were at 95.6 million, with the margin increasing by just over three million for the new campaign after Peter Lim’s capitalisation.

Levante UD are far tighter, carrying the fourth lowest limit in Primera. Only Sevilla FC, at around 20 million euros, Málaga CF on approximately 33 million, and Alavés on 43 million sit below.

LaLiga also set Villarreal CF’s cap at 170.564 million and Elche CF’s at 60.140 million, completing the picture for the region’s four top tier clubs.
