The latest list of nominees for the Premier League Hall of Fame has been revealed.

The Hall of Fame was introduced to recognise the league’s most successful individuals since it formed in 1992.

24 former players have already been named to the exclusive club, and now two more will be able to join them.

Fans will be able to vote for the next inductees at www.premierleague.com/halloffame and on the Premier League app, with voting closing on Monday, 15 September.

Inductees are rewarded with a personalised medallion engraved with the year of their induction, with the Premier League also donating £10,000 to a charity of the player’s choice.

The 15 nominees to join are as follows…

Sol Campbell

The former Arsenal defender won two Premier League titles with the club and played 503 times in the top flight, which also included spells at Portsmouth and Newcastle United.

Michael Carrick

Carrick was an instrumental part of Manchester United’s success in the mid 2000s to early 2010s, winning five Premier League titles. He also played for West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur.

Patrice Evra

Spent eight years at Manchester United, winning five Premier League titles, where he became one of the best left-backs in the world.

Cesc Fabregas

Established himself as one of the best midfielders in world football at Arsenal, before later returning to the Premier League with Chelsea where he won the Premier League twice. Third in the all-time list for Premier League assists.

Les Ferdinand

The 11th highest Premier League goalscorer with 149 goals, while also recording 49 assists across spells at Newcastle, Spurs, West Ham and Leicester.

Jermain Defoe

Scored 156 Premier League goals across spells at West Ham, Spurs, Portsmouth, Sunderland and Bournemouth.

Robbie Fowler

Eden Hazard

Michael Owen

Teddy Sheringham

Has the record for the oldest Premier League goalscorer at the age of 40. Scored 146 times in the Premier League and won three titles with Manchester United.

David Silva

Seventh in the all-time assists list with 93. A huge part of Man City’s modern success, winning four Premier League titles with the club.

Yaya Toure

Edwin van der Sar
