However, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has been reinstated in the squad after previously being removed from the Serie A squad list, though he is expected to receive a call-up from the Nigerian national team for the African Cup of Nations shortly after the Coppa Italia tie. AC Milan team news

Christian Pulisic, their top scorer this season with seven goals across all competitions is available for the Coppa Italia game against Lazio after missing the the last game.

The American winger suffered a muscular injury and was ruled out of the Round of 16 fixture earlier, but he has shown positive signs by partially training with the squad in recent sessions and now Allegri has confirmed that he can play.

Santiago Gimenez and Zachary Athekame are unavailable due to fitness concerns. Allegri also confirmed that Youssouf Fofana won’t be available as well.

Despite these absences, manager Allegri has praised his squad’s depth and quality.

Massimiliano Allegri’s Milan side are in exceptional form and currently lead Serie A with 28 points from 13 matches.

The Rossoneri have won five of their last six fixtures, including the crucial 1-0 victory over Lazio last Saturday, courtesy of Rafael Leão’s 51st-minute finish, which was set up by Fikayo Tomori.
