Leandro Trossard 'to join' Besiktas from Arsenal in €20 million move

Besiktas and Arsenal have agreed a €20 million transfer, including two million in add-ons, for Leandro Trossard, according to The Athletic.

The 31-year-old Belgian winger has one year left on his deal, having extended in 2025 to a contract running to 2027.

Trossard is coming off a strong campaign as Arsenal won their first league title since 2004. He made 50 appearances in all competitions, scoring eight goals and supplying 11 assists. In the Premier League, he started 21 times.

He is currently at the World Cup with Belgium, who have reached the last 16.

Trossard joined Arsenal from Brighton in January 2023 for more than €31 million. He has played 174 matches, scoring 36 goals and providing 34 assists.
