Leeds United, close to securing Premier League safety, are assessing summer reinforcements, with Lyon midfielder Pavel Sulc on their radar. TeamTalk reports that the Czech international is of interest.

Leeds face competition from Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa, so any move would be challenging. Sulc has stood out since leaving Viktoria Plzen last summer, having a hand in 20 goals in 31 games from midfield.

Beyond new faces, executive Adam Underwood must address expiring deals. Karl Darlow, Alex Cairns, Sam Byram and Illan Meslier are nearing the end of their contracts.

Leeds are also planning talks with Ethan Ampadu, Brenden Aaronson, Ilia Gruev and Pascal Struijk, whose deals run to 2027.

The Sulc interest forms part of a wider push to add quality and depth to Daniel Farke’s squad.

Elsewhere, Middlesbrough’s Hayden Hackney has been linked with a £30m switch, while Yassine Titraoui has also been mentioned.

With the summer window approaching, Leeds must balance immediate needs with longer-term planning. Their business is set to be closely watched by supporters and rivals.
