Leeds United ended their pointless away run with a 1-1 draw at Brentford, their first road points since mid September. The result leaves the Whites three points above the drop zone and extends a three-game unbeaten run.

According to Leeds Live, Ethan Ampadu and Gabriel Gudmundsson stood out with strong showings, both marked 8, while Jayden Bogle was lively on the right but switched off for the opener.

In a low-quality contest, Brentford struck on 70 minutes when Jordan Henderson’s pass deflected in off Jaka Bijol’s outstretched leg.

Daniel Farke’s changes again had effect, with Wilfried Gnonto, introduced on 73, delivering for Dominic Calvert-Lewin to head the equaliser eight minutes from time, his fourth in as many games. Brenden Aaronson, also on at 73, added energy.

Lucas Perri earned 6, a decent save from Lewis-Potter offset by poor distribution. Joe Rodon received 7 after being caught by balls in behind, and Bijol got 7 before being withdrawn. Pascal Strujik was given 6.

Anton Stach took 7. Ampadu resumed his quarter-back role in the second half and was rated 8. Ao Tanaka struggled and was taken off, scoring 5.

Calvert-Lewin got 7 after a frustrating shift. Noah Okafor was busy but missed a big chance, rated 6. From the bench, Aaronson and Gnonto both scored 7, while James Justin, on 89, and Jack Harrison, on 90+2, were not rated.
