Leeds United have confirmed their starting XI for this evening’s trip to Anfield, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin benched as Daniel Farke makes four changes and keeps a three-five-two shape. Liverpool provide one of their toughest Premier League assignments.

According to Leedsunited.news, Sebastiaan Bornauw, Ilia Gruev, Lukas Nmecha and James Justin start in place of Joe Rodon, Jayden Bogle, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Noah Okafor.

Farke said this week that Rodon has suffered an ankle ligament injury and is likely to miss Leeds’ next four matches, culminating in the Cup tie against Derby.

Leeds drew with Liverpool at Elland Road in December, and the reverse comes only weeks later. Now, Slot’s side are without Mo Salah and Alexander Isak yet full of confidence.

Leeds arrive unbeaten in five Premier League games. Earlier, Farke had flagged Bornauw, Justin and Sam Byram as defensive options to cover Rodon.
