Leeds United have teamed up with Fantasy Football Scout to help bring you hints, tips and advice during the 2026/27 Fantasy Premier League (FPL) season.

Scout will be using their expertise to provide advice and gameweek tips which should prove useful in ensuring you win your mini-leagues.

With the first international break now upon us after five gameweeks of exciting Premier League action, it is the perfect time for FPL managers to take stock and think up their plans for the coming weeks.

The Whites have enjoyed an impressive unbeaten start to the new term and currently sit fifth in the early standings with nine points taken from the opening fixtures. With FPL players now having time to make their changes, here are our highest scoring players so far.

Jayden Bogle (£4.6m)

Having racked up 42 points across the opening five matches, Bogle is the highest scoring Leeds player and the third-highest scorer in the entire game. This season, the attacking full-back has already secured two double-digit hauls, doing so in back-to-back gameweeks (against Brighton and Newcastle). In each of those outings, he was credited with a goal, a clean sheet and took home all three bonus points.

In FPL, the 26-year-old is still credited with the goal against Newcastle as the gameweek was locked before it was awarded to Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£6.0m). He also has an additional clean sheet as if a defender is substituted after the 60-minute mark before his team concedes a goal, he keeps the four points for a clean sheet.

Bogle has hit the target with three of his five efforts at goal, with four of those coming inside the box, averaging a shot every 73.20 minutes. Despite his blistering start to the campaign, the Englishman is owned by just 6.6 per cent of FPL managers.

James Trafford (£5.0m)

As the joint-best defence in the Premier League so far, having conceded just three goals, it is no surprise to see the Whites’ number 1 on this list, who also featured for England in the Nations League meeting with Spain over the weekend.

As well as keeping two clean sheets this term, Trafford has also been awarded bonus points twice. Against Crystal Palace in Gameweek 5, his combination of appearance points, a clean sheet and an extra point for making five saves saw him gain the maximum of three bonus points, and claim an impressive 10-point total for the match.

The data suggests that many more FPL points returns will follow for Trafford. Having accumulated 21 saves during the season to date, the Leeds goalkeeper has earned himself save points in every single game, topping the charts in both metrics.

Tarik Muharemović (£5.0m) & Anton Stach (£6.0m)

Tarik Muharemović and Anton Stach are level on 27 points for the first five weeks. Leeds’ strong defensive start to the season has increased Muharemović’s chances of picking up sizable points in FPL. However, his record in returning defensive contributions makes him a real set-and-forget option.

Defensive contribution points are awarded in FPL for recording tackles, blocks, interceptions and clearances. Defenders need to register at least 10 in a single match to gain an extra two points, and midfielders needing to make 12 for their extra points.

The Bosnian international is just one defensive contribution shy of the players with the joint-highest total this season among defenders. He has achieved 10 or more in three of the opening five fixtures.

In midfield, Stach is also no stranger to defensive contributions himself, gaining extra points for these in 60 per cent of his matches. The German has also scored and created six chances in his five starts this season. He too should entice plenty of interest in FPL at just 2.5 per cent ownership.
