Legends feature as Declan Rice builds ‘perfect Arsenal player’ | OneFootball

Declan Rice has made some interesting selections after being asked to assemble his ‘perfect Arsenal player’.

The Gunners midfielder was asked to pick attributes from Arsenal players past and present to create his dream footballer.

Unsurprisingly, a series of North London legends featured prominently. Rice picked Dennis Bergkamp for finishing, first touch, and vision, while ex-Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira claimed the strength and work-rate attributes.

There were nods to current teammates, with Bukayo Saka (left foot), Gabriel (heading) and Viktor Gyokeres (penalties) all part of the make-up for Rice’s perfect Arsenal player. The England midfielder, speaking Sun Sport, even put himself forward for tackling and corners.
