Leicester City’s price tags for Oliver Skipp, Stephy Mavididi and Harry Souttar are deterring bidders, with a combined £28m sought this summer. According to LeicesterMercury.co.uk, City want £12m for Skipp, £10m for Souttar and £6m for Mavididi.

All three have been linked with exits but remain in Russell Martin’s squad. Souttar has captained the opening three games of the 2026/27 season, while Sheffield United have seen bids rejected and may look elsewhere.

Mavididi was left out of the League One squads against Notts County and Burton Albion. He and Wout Faes have attracted bids that were turned down, and Mavididi is expected to depart before the deadline.

Skipp has been a regular under Martin in pre-season and the early weeks, yet, after back-to-back relegations to League One, he has been tipped for a move. Middlesbrough have been linked with Skipp and Mavididi, and a previous £15m valuation made any Skipp deal unlikely.

Rangers are also keen on Mavididi, though a Championship switch is viewed as likelier. The report described £12m for Skipp as a high ask and suggested Leicester would need a replacement if he goes.

Souttar’s price has remained £10m and any exit was only likely at the right level. With Tommy Watson signed, Leicester have cover out wide, so they can negotiate firmly on Mavididi’s fee.
