RC Lens supporters have been banned from travelling to Brest for Friday’s Ligue 1 fixture for security reasons.

According to L'Équipe, the Interior Ministry has issued an order prohibiting travel to Brest for people from the Pas-de-Calais department for the match scheduled at 20:45 on matchday 31.

On 20 April 2025, violent clashes between fans of both clubs took place before and after the game.

Around 50 SB29 ultras blocked a section of the RN12 to confront Lens supporters, in retaliation for an earlier attack by the latter in a restaurant.

The away section at the Stade Francis-Le Blé will be closed and the Brest club will refund all ticket holders from Pas-de-Calais.
