Leverkusen ‘set to sign’ Olympique Lyon’s Afonso Moreira

Bayer Leverkusen are close to signing Olympique Lyon winger Afonso Moreira, with an agreement reported to be in place for the 21-year-old Portuguese.

Kicker claims the clubs have settled on a package that, including bonuses, slightly exceeds €30 million.

The transfer is expected to be officially confirmed in the near future.

Moreira recorded eight goals and 11 assists in 37 appearances for Lyon last season.
