According to L'Équipe, Paris FC head coach Liam Rosenior was abused by Strasbourg fans for several minutes in the second half on Saturday at Jean-Bouin. After the 2-0 win, he reacted with provocative celebrations towards the away end.
With his side having controlled the match, the former Strasbourg coach walked over to the visitors’ section and aimed gestures at the Racing ultras.
Two Strasbourg players, Högsberg and Doukouré, then approached him. A mass confrontation broke out, drawing in players, staff and security from both clubs.
Rosenior was pulled away, then he saluted the other stands with a mocking smile before celebrating with the Paris supporters of Ultras Lutetia.
His name had been loudly whistled before kick-off. Racing fans remained unhappy about his January move to Chelsea, another BlueCo-owned club.
