Ligue 1 2026-27 key dates set for Classique, derbies and final day

The LFP announced on Wednesday the key dates for the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season, covering the Classique, major derbies and the final day.

The new campaign begins the weekend of 22 and 23 August, close to a month after the World Cup ends.

The first Classique between PSG and OM is set for 20 September on matchday five. The return takes place on seven February 2027 on matchday 19.

OL host OM on 13 December for matchday 14 at Groupama Stadium, with the reverse fixture at the Vélodrome on 21 March 2027 on matchday 25.

The Derby du Nord sees Lille face Lens on 31 October on matchday nine. The return is scheduled for 20 March 2027, also on matchday 25.

The season concludes on 29 May with matchday 34. PSG welcome Toulouse, OM host Lorient, Lens travel to Brest, OL meet Paris FC and Lille play Le Mans.
