Footballer Lionel Adams has died at the age of 31 after falling from a building in Zvenigorod, Russia.

Trained at CSKA Moscow, the Russian centre-back never made an appearance for the first team. He went on to play in several countries, including Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Montenegro, and most recently in Kyrgyzstan with Alga Bishkek, a club he left at the start of 2026.
