Cameroonian forward Hugo Ekitike isn't at Liverpool just for the fun of it. The young talent has already made his mark during this preseason, instantly capturing the hearts of Reds supporters.

It took just 14 minutes for Hugo Ekitike to set Anfield alight. In his big debut in front of the home crowd wearing the Liverpool shirt, the Cameroonian striker served up a perfect assist for Mohamed Salah during the 3-2 victory over Athletic Bilbao. That moment immediately won over the Reds faithful. "I'm here to win. I'll give 100%. We want to win everything," he declared on LFCTV after the match.

Ekitike continued: "I came to Liverpool to make history. There are still some details to work out, but I'm going to enjoy myself here all season."
