Salernitana defender Matteo Lovato is expected to have his Torino medical tomorrow, preferring them to Udinese, while David Zima is heading to Slavia Prague.
The Granata are revamping their defence and the decision had already been made before Alessandro Buongiorno sustained a serious shoulder injury.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Udinese had also agreed terms with Salernitana, but ultimately Lovato preferred to go to Torino.
This is because he already worked with coach Ivan Juric at Hellas Verona and was eager for a reunion.
At the same time, Udinese are keeping Nehuen Perez after talks with Napoli for the €18m sale stalled.
Lovato is set to have his medical tests with the Granata on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Zima had been in advanced talks with Hamburger SV, but Sky Sport Italia claim those stalled and he is instead going to Slavia Prague.
The 23-year-old is returning to the club he left to join Torino in the summer of 2021 for €5.9m.
This move is worth circa €4.5m.
Zima made just six competitive appearances for Toro this season, scoring one goal, and struggled to regain his form after a serious knee injury in January 2023.
