Lucas Alcázar fronts the eighth episode of the PPOdcast by Coolmod. The CD Castellón full-back discusses his career and current life with Marc Guidotti from the communications department while they play EA SPORTS FC 26, formerly known as FIFA.

According to El Periódico Mediterráneo, he revisits his formative years in Madrid before joining the academies of Getafe and Real Madrid. He details how his time at Real Madrid gave him elite discipline, experience he later added to with loans at Peña Deportiva and Ibiza.

He also highlights his spell with Betis Deportivo, where he was a key figure in promotion to Primera RFEF. Alcázar explains his unusual switch from winger to full-back, a role in which he now feels fully established.

On his present at CD Castellón, he is very satisfied with settling in the city and with life in Benicàssim, where he lives. He values the quality of life.

On the pitch, he underlines the importance of internal competition, especially at full-back, with three players contesting the position. He stresses that defensive solidity and recent clean sheets are the base for exploiting the team’s attacking potential and remaining in the leading positions.
