Lyon have agreed a deal to sign Burkina Faso left-back Mohamed Ouédraogo from Austrian club Altach, their fourth summer recruit. The 23-year-old is set to sign a five-year contract for a €2m fee, excluding bonuses.

Foot Mercato first revealed the trail leading to the defender. The agreement also includes up to €500,000 in potential add-ons.

With Michele Kang’s takeover finalised and her now the club’s sole owner, OL have moved forward with a calmer, long-planned window led by sporting director Matthieu Louis-Jean and his staff.

Definitive agreements in recent weeks brought in winger Kaïl Boudache on a free, midfielder Mads Bidstrup for €10m and forward Julien Duranville for €5.5m.

The fourth addition was wrapped up on Friday morning, with Lyon reaching terms with Altach for Ouédraogo, who has spent the past three seasons in Austria.
