Lyon and Marseille ‘interested in’ West Ham United’s Soungoutou Magassa | OneFootball

Foot Mercato reports that Olympique Lyonnais and Olympique de Marseille are interested in West Ham United midfielder Soungoutou Magassa, 22.

No offer has been made by either club, and Galatasaray, Eintracht Frankfurt and Juventus are reportedly targeting the midfielder.

Magassa joined West Ham from AS Monaco last summer for €17m, and made 26 appearances in all competitions, recording one goal and one assist.

He is under contract at the London Stadium until 2031. West Ham’s relegation to the Championship means the club are forced to raise funds.

A sale could be considered, with West Ham having already brought in over €175m from high-profile departures, including Mateus Fernandes, 21, to Tottenham Hotspur and Crysencio Summerville, 24, to Al-Hilal.
