Lyon showcased their attacking range against Rennes, with Yaremchuk, Moreira, Endrick and Corentin Tolisso all on the scoresheet.

Le Progres notes it was a standout night for Tolisso in particular. He nearly suffered a nose injury in a heavy collision inside the first minute.

He set up Yaremchuk for the opener, then converted a penalty to make it 2-1.

Before the interval he produced a decisive tackle inside the Rennes area. He later set up Endrick in the 75th minute.

The display underlined Tolisso’s authority, combining incisive passing with timely defensive work.
