Lyon have cleared their mid-season appearance before the DNCG, with recruitment limits lifted.
According to L'Équipe, the club’s hierarchy was heard in Paris in the early afternoon on Thursday, and the body removed its controls on incoming signings.

The club were administratively relegated to Ligue 2 in June, and were only restored on appeal a few weeks later.
Since then, Lyon have pursued austerity measures to align with the regulator’s demands, which left this review looking more favourable.
The outcome does not signal a winter spending spree, with a strict course still in place. The wage bill, which is falling sharply, remains under control.
