Lyon predicted XI v OGC Nice: Tanner Tessmann could be rested | OneFootball

Having returned late from international duty, Tanner Tessmann could be rested from Olympique Lyonnais’ visit to face OGC Nice on Saturday afternoon.

Tessmann featured for the USMNT in Denver on Wednesday, and so Paulo Fonseca may not play him against Le Gym as a precautionary measure. It would mean that Lyon captain Corentin Tolisso would drop deeper, alongside England youth international Tyler Morton. It would also give Martin Satriano another chance to start in the No.9 position, a position at times occupied by Tolisso, with Pavel Sulc in the No.10 role.

Lyon are also without their new signing, Hans Hateboer. The defender joined from Stade Rennais on a ‘joker’ transfer on Friday evening and so is not yet eligible to play for his new club.
