Lyon tried to re-sign Maxime Gonalons from Granada

Speaking at Lyon’s bi-annual financial press conference, transcribed in RMC Sport – club president Jean-Michel Aulas indicated that the club had tried to bring back Maxime Gonalons this past transfer window.

The 32-year-old, now at Granada, played for Les Gones from 2009 to 2017 after coming through the club’s youth academy, and is a former French international.
