Nayef Aguerd has made it clear he has no desire to stay at West Ham, despite reports suggesting he may stay.
It has been widely regarded for some time that the Moroccan international would be sold this summer, following a successful loan last season to Real Sociedad.
Despite the positive impact made in Spain, the defender has yet to receive a firm offer from another club, although there is understood to be considerable interest.
As the dounts have continued over whether West Ham would be able to sell Aguerd during this transfer window, it was suggested that a stay at the club may be on the cards, with Graham Potter open to the idea.
However, the player has made his feelings clear upon return to pre-season this week, with West Ham now certain to sell the player to avoid having a problem in the dressing room.
It’s nopw a case of West Ham working hard to get a buyer for Aguerd, with the likes of Juventus, Barcelona and Bayer Leverkusen all reported to have a strong interest in the defender.
