Maghnes Akliouche absent from Monaco training due to illness | OneFootball

Maghnes Akliouche (23) was absent from first-team training at AS Monaco on Thursday morning. Get French Football News understands that the France international is ill.

GFFN were present at training at Monaco’s performance centre in La Turbie on Thursday. As well as Aladji Bamba and Denis Zakaria, both of whom were expected to be absent, Akliouche was also absent. The forward, who made his France debut earlier this month, is therefore a doubt to face FC Lorient on Saturday.

Pogba present for Monaco

This season, Akliouche has started every game for the Principality club. He has two goals and one assist in six appearances.

Aleksandr Golovin, meanwhile, did not train with the first team but did do laps of the pitch. Paul Pogba, whose return is expected after the upcoming international break, was involved in the session, which involved work on the ball.
